For those of you looking for other software for your ION Aircopy, it uses the same software as Halo Magic Scanner,, Mustek iScan Air/S400w, Century , Patri Kun and others. You can use the software from any of these and many versions available. Also there is a network scanning app that runs on a linux computer that allows this scanner to be used from any device on the network and even adds additional features. you can Google "teknogeekz airscan" for more info. the scanner is good . Does not have an update on this application since 2014. Attempted to contact their customer support through their website. They are unable to give an answer on whether they are going to do an update on the software. They are still listing the product on their website but have already phased out their applications update. Do not purchase the scanner unless you want to rollback all your devices back to the Stoneage.

i bought this in2015i used it to my phone, laptop,with windows, and my ios ive never encountered any problems in connecting, emailing or sending in jpeg. in 2017 i bought my wife one she's been extremely happy. 5strs if you're not happy it can only be in your settings thats where you're issue is most likely.
