The app is not connecting anymore. Probably we pay for remote control but we have nothing. You can't login, you can't register you cant do nothing. 2days later they restart the server. I'm still disappointed, I have to login everytime that I want to control the device.

Irritating app. First of all each time I launch it, it keeps asking for my password even though I have the settings saved. And I cannot just avoid the interface all together and use google home because there is no such integration option! The app needs serious work, it's crippled they say it is. I was hoping for something better when I shelved out the extra cash to get the wifi enabled AC.

i changed the home router and the app is not working anymore. it doesn't login successfully. i tried to open sone ports on the firewall configuration but it's still not working. On the inventor website depending on the page you open different port numbers are listed. Buggy, not working, not smart at all products. keep away from this garbage.

Unfortunately after latest update the firmware update function doesn't work, doesn't show me the current firmware version and doesn't give me the appropriate message regarding update availability! Actually doesn't show or do anything upon search.

Poor app. When it works, it's OK). But there are plenty of times that you just can't login. And it keeps asking to enter my password, despite the fact the i have saved it.

Okish but looks like a too basic app, missing options from remote like ionization. No google integration or i didnt find a way to do it. Automation like "when humidity is higher than 60%" start "dry" stop "if less than 40%" (or enter this mode), it is a must. Efficiency SEER SCOP seems to be really good, but... do not forget the annoying remote keypress BEEP of the units that cannot be disabled...
