This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Work Time App on PC Windows and Mac.

About this app

WORK TIME APP es la aplicación de Internalia Group para el registro horario del personal de su empresa.

Le ayudará con la gestión de las horas trabajadas de su equipo de trabajo. Cada trabajador podrá indicar de una manera muy sencilla, el momento de inicio y fin de jornada. Además podrá indicar también las pausas que realiza durante el día. Con envío de las coordenadas GPS de su ubicación, además la posibilidad de foto de la persona que está haciendo el "fichaje".
La aplicación de manera automática realiza un cálculo de las horas totales invertidas por cada empleado, que ellos mismos pueden visualizar en la pantalla de su móvil.
La empresa podrá conocer desde una plataforma Backend los sumatorios de horas de todos los empleados, con posibilidad de realizar filtros por fecha, o por trabajador. Con alertas, fotos y localizaciones GPS sobre mapa.

VALORES AÑADIDOS

Esta aplicación es muy útil para los equipos de trabajo que se encuentran fuera de la oficina: operarios, comerciales, técnicos de mantenimiento, etc.

La aplicación es nativa, y se asocia al móvil de cada operario con un serial key privado e intransferible. Esto significa que la información que se envía va asociada con los datos del móvil del operario que envía el reporte. Es decir, nadie puede fichar desde el móvil de otra persona, cada uno desde su propio móvil, así evitamos el "fraude".

Porque para una empresa con equipos de trabajo en la calle, es muy costoso hacer que todos los empleados tengan que volver a la oficina para fichar al comienzo y al finalizar la jornada, se hace necesaria una aplicación móvil que le ofrezca esta libertad, al mismo tiempo que garantiza seguridad en los datos, robustez y fiabilidad.
