This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing UCLA i311 on PC Windows and Mac.

The app is okay, but having to drag and drop a pin on the map is cumbersome. Then when you go to enter search criteria it closes the keyboard after every character entered (or deleted). Also, it should probably be updated for current generation Android operating system versions. It still relies on the older methods of requesting permissions on a device. This'll probably fall on deaf ears though since the last time the app was updated was a couple years ago...
