Found a serious bug that causes the app to crash and freeze if you're not connected to LTE when you try to log in. This is unacceptable for an app associated with such expensive hardware.

Well, I just spent $300 on a pair of shades and the companion app doesn't work. I tried installing it on two different Android phones and it crashes before I can log in. I did not expect this from a company associated with Smith.
