I rue the fact that Balwin forces me to use this app. When you try to pay with credit card, it errors out. This forces you to use EFT, which makes the server read the bank statement incorrectly and only add R2 instead of R2000. Terrible back-end services.

Worst company to be forced to use when living in a Balwin Property. Non helpful staff, immediate payments that never works and you having to beg for you electricity to reflect even when paid

Can't reset password. The email generated to reset password has a broken link.

Fees are ridiculously high for prepaid. The metering equipment is horribly inaccurate and delayed. They have to do manual readings and adjustments often. The app is unstable and buggy. Customer support is very bad. If you still have a way to get out of your contract or sell and move then do it to save you having to deal with these clowns.

Besides its manipulative fast payment which is the only option this app has to save your card details. This was obviously done to add a further 3 percent on top of all the irregular, automatic (non accurate and averaged readings), and all added costs the stss system has instore. The app continuously restores itself everytime you go to retrieve your OTP which makes payment impossible. The bare basics which doesn't always work.
