I have successfully used this app for years until it quick working recently. I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times and called my provider for help as well. I can enter the device code to pair my phone, but when click to select the account, I get a message saying it is unable to find my subscriber account. My phone shows up on the TV screen as a paired device but the app won't open. Very frustrated.

App was working perfectly. Now it no longer recognizes subscriber. Uninstalled reinstalled. Turned off phone. Deleted account uninstalled still doesn't recognize subscriber but shows account that was deleted. Update to my above bad review. Reinstalled app today and everything is again working perfectly. See that update to app and my DVR shows the color logo of the network item in the guide list.

This app was wonderful up until about 2 months ago (~May 2020), when after an update it had trouble logging into my account. Nothing has been fixed yet, now it's mid July and it still cannot connect to my account, rendering the app completely useless.

Just started using this yesterday. Took at least 15 attempts to get connected the first time, and won't allow multiple devices. Finally worked OK with one device for 12 hours, but now won't connect again. Pretty unimpressive so far.

Doesn't work right anymore and they keep telling me it will be fixed soon, but has not worked in well over a month. Cannot see current or future recordings which makes it almost worthless to me. Even the local cable provider can't figure it out.

This app was good before updating. Now you can't select and play previously recorded shows from it. Now it sucks.
