Still haven't been able to access anything. Can't download to laptop or fire. I'm finding it very difficult to navigate - finding stuff is impossible. Come on Teignbridge! You could do a much better job that we could all find really useful, at the moment it is putting my blood pressure up and not improving my health. Apparently you have to 'log in' to the app to get started. I haven't even seen that option. Can anyone out there help please?

Worst idea ever, I dont have space on my phone for this app, and it would not load to my lap top, my wife cant access either because she doesnt have a smart phone, and dont try phoning the council, I think they have given up responding due to complaints, so here we are paying for a service we cant use.
