Gave up after 20 minuets this has got to be the most useless unfriendly app I have ever attempted to use, From registering users to attempting to book an activity. It seems Halo do not want you to use their facilities. Just one example if I want to book a swimming session in Bridgend there's a reasonably good chance that the location I need would be the swimming pool, not so obvious to this app. No wonder there are a large number of over_weight unfit people in this Borough.

App is minimal. Once you choose a centre you can't seem to choose another one which isn't helpful in the slightest.

Charge my monthly fee and then won't let me book anything due to a non-existent outstanding fee.

Poor incredibly clunky and slow , can't book anything currently on it as Hereford pool is closed membership is suspended so no way as booking as a member or non member!!

My Centre at Maesteg is not able to use it so what is the point of having an app if only some Centres are able to use it? During "Lockdown" while all the centres have been closed and the systems have been down surely the IT systems could have been upgraded?

I can't make a booking via this app as it would not let me to put anything in the basket... after pressing "put in a basket" button it always says "there's no items in your basket"... something wrong with an app I think?
