Excellent, useful, and intuitive. This software has been REALLY good. I use the web browser version on my desktop quite a bit more than the app, but the platform in general has really met my expectations and needs. And each time I find myself looking for a particular feature that would be useful, I've discovered it.

terrible predatory service. this app is slanted against anyone whom uses cash or checks. this service adds a premium to paying rent. the renter is responsible for fees while this service is free for landlords. this service is not made for people with intellectual disabilities, and effectively discriminates against tennents.

Honestly I don't know if I would have gotten the apartment if it weren't for this app. I had to sign a lease but didn't have a printer. My landlord sent it over and I was able to get it signed in just a couple of minutes.It was pretty cool, you can sign with your finger too.

Love the new look! It's clean, easy to navigate, and makes it easy to pay rent. My landlord just has me text him maintenance tickets so I haven't used that feature, but I like the rest!

In this release we have focused on a few bugs and fixes such as:

- A few users reported that they were unable to delete or terminate a lease. This has been corrected.
- Some users reported that they were unable to view the property, entity or payee dropdown lists when adding an expense. This has been resolved.
- One user reported that they saw an error message when trying to add a unit to a property. This has been fixed.
