Using BlueStacks

If I could give this app less, I would. To say the least this company may force you to download this app instead of regular registration online. The app records and manages things it has no need to, and won't allow you to continue unless you give it access. Needing a receipt as well, and if you received it digitally, it doesn't give the option to upload it. Only able to upload a new picture. Definitely wish I knew about this prior.

At first I thought it odd to be downloading an app to register my device...ugh, I'm sick of downloading unnecessary apps. However, once I went through the process it made registering my device easy, and it made sense to have the app verify the condition of my screen and type of device. I'm hopeful the product works as well as the app, and if I have any issues I am sure CellHelmet will stand behind the product. Otherwise they wouldn't offer to pay for replacemt, right?

Update: After them responding and saying they'd review my claim further, I have heard Nothing from them. I would NOT recommend this company. Complete waste. My screen broke and they refused to issue any kind of reimbursement. They're liquid screen protector is a Joke; it doesn't work at all. Tempered glass is way more effective. The customer service is less than helpful; they have a multitude of reasons as to why you don't qualify for reimbursement. I will NEVER purchase their product again.

I do not recommend this company. They do not stand behind their product. When trying to make a claim they will try to disqualify you in anyway they can and they just say "it is against their terms of service agreement" i will be sure to tell everyone i know to not purchase their liquid screen protector. Biggest scam around and I will be speaking with the BBB

Its a liquid screen that they ask you to remove for warranty so they can seen screen for registration. They ask for permission for everything on your phone not safe. Takes forever if you can even make it through registration. Huge pain not worth it.

App absolutely is the worst app I have ever been in. It's saying it couldn't connect when trying to do the warranty. Very frustrating!
