THE ONLY app that actually used proximity to help find my earbud. The popular ones i tried were trash. This actually worked. If u have any issues turn the device off in your bt settings and you will see it pop up. Makes sense since if its already paired it cant search for it.. anyway awesome job guys. And ps if u have a prob with ads.. this aint the march of dimes and this is a good app well worth it keeping it just in case

Good, straight forward app. I'm using it along with some cheap blue tooth device trackers that came with a horrible app. Bluetooth Signal Meter lets me play hot/cold to find them when needed. One feature I would like is the ability to give the blue tooth devices it finds a nickname. The MAC addresses are unique but not necessarily helpful when I have 4 different items that show up with the name "iTAG". If I could set a nickname for each one, that would increase the usability. Thanks for a good App!

It works well but not how I wanted. I want an app that measures the signal between my phone and CONNECTED devices. This doesn't. For instance, it told me the strength between my phone & shield (unconnected) but not my phone & smartwatch (connected). It will, tell you the signal strength of devices that are on and not connected. So I had to switch off the connection between my phone and speaker for it to give me a reading. Could you update to give readings for connected AND surrounding devices?

Lost my wireless headphones and download this app. Within a couple minutes I found them packed away in a box that I had packed for moving. Awesome app and worked great!

About this app

This application can be used to monitor or find missing Bluetooth devices - like your Fitbit or other smart bracelet, wristband or watch.
It can also be used to debug bluetooth connectivity problems. It will measure the signal strength of nearby Bluetooth devices then display the dBm readout and show a convenient line graph of the signal strength. It will also show the MAC address of the device - and the name of course.

Please notice that signal updates can take 15 seconds up to 1 minute depending on the Bluetooth hardware and conditions. Some patience may
be required when using this application.

Some devices will not be detected when connected and some must be in discovery mode before they will be detected by this app - like some BT Headsets.

*Pause/Play added.
