I downloaded the app.... But everything was in Kannada, which i cannot understand.... And there are several people from other states who cannot read Kannada, staying here... Will be helpful if you provide an interface in English

Pathetic app. Firstly, very bad UI. Very bad user experience . We trying to register for taxi driver cash relief fund form and for no reason it gives error as "Pi basic attributes of demographic data did not match", even though I have entered the detail correctly. Tried 10-12 times. All the time same error. Secondly error handling not done properly. If you show "Pi basic attributes error" to taxi driver, tell me how tax driver will understand what the error?. Worst app ever.

Login doesn't work. People on the help desk can't guide properly and nobody recieves the contact number provided on the official website. Application for e-pass asks for which destination state am I travelling which is absolutely a stupid question, whats the destination going to be when one is traveling to Karnataka..? How the hell are we supposed to get the e-pass for traveling then if the e-pass doesn't get generated.

I would give only a 1 rating , Airline authorities have made this app to mandatory download as per KA gov policies . Now when we try to login , it says Error not found . From website when I try to apply to e-pass for inter state travel , it says system under maintenance , we will update you on 2 hours . I have been trying from morning still there is no update . It's very pathetic , please improve it ASAP

This app is pathetic.... It's not working only Kannada language is der.. no option to change language... Only czz airlines hv made it mandatory to install dis app we dnt hv othr optn.. negative ratings for dis app.. n i m wondering why d developer is nt correcting d issues after so many reviews?

I never ever seen a bad site such a Karnataka Govt has made . So many error while applying e- application for inter state journey by flight . As the airline has the mandate for their passanger who are interested to go Karnataka during Covid -19 but there is lot of error in this side . I dont know thought Bangalore is very well known about IT hub but govt IT section is fail . Sorry to say the management. Mob friendly app should be developed soon .
