I love this...!!! This is exactly what i was looking for.. I am a pixel user. The latest version of the android 9, even though, has an option to turn off the notification for apps, u can't see all the apps together. so, it becomes difficult when u are trying to turn back the notification. you practically have to go through every app. this provides just what i want and it doesn't have a pesky notification all the time. I love this!!!

Worked as intended. Obvious hiding a notification is not as ideal as altering the setting in the offending app, but helped me hide notification of an available firmware update I didn't want.

Seems to work on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. I'm very grateful for this app as it's the only way to get rid of Alcatel's irritating Boost bloatware notification.
