Does exactly what I need it to do, and looks good doing it. 5 stars no doubt, I love the app. features that aren't quite needed, but would be great to see as well would be some extra buttons on the main screen to browse and look into backed up libraries, and delete backed up libraries

Hey guys, myself being a nexus 5 user was wondering how to take a backup of all the words we add manually into the Swype dictionary as the stock android has no facility for such back up and guess what, this app does the exact work for what u looking for. This app backs up the words in a .dat file and u need to store that file always and in case when u flash ur device or get a factory reset, use that file after installing this app and u get your words restored. Thanks dev

I have three different languages in my keyboard Finnish, German and English. I only had words in Finnish personal dictionary. I made a backup, tried to restore it and this app restored all the words to the English dictionary! Now I have lost all the words in Finnish dictionary. Useless app!

No options for user to customize path or naming format for resulting backup files! Further, backup isn't instantaneous like 2 other dictionary backup apps I've been trialling; you have to wait through a lengthy progress meter. Just not very useful or efficient at all.

On testing I found it works well for words but doesn't back up shortcuts, so unfortunately no good for me. Edit: in the end I decided that backing up words only is *a lot* better than nothing (and I can always manually enter the shortcuts after restoring). Would get 5 stars if shortcuts were included.
