Imfuna Surveyor mobile app delivers a completely transformed approach to property surveys. The mobile app enables you to conduct your property survey to determine the condition of a structure and easily produce a report of your findings to all parties, utilising the benefits of mobile technology.
Imfuna Surveyor is driven by templates to expedite the survey process following industry regulations. Create your own templates or edit our off-the-shelf templates that include Schedule of Conditions (Party Wall, Full SOC, Commercial/Rest), Dilapidations Assessment, and Full Building Survey. Templates include a comprehensive set of details relating to the external and internal elements of the property, all of which can be easily customised to your requirements. You can predefine commercial and residential property templates for your frequently used survey types so that the content you want to capture is ready to complete onsite, from your mobile device.
During data capture, use a host of in-app tools to expedite the survey process while providing enhanced detail. Mark up photos to point out specific observations or more clearly communicate findings. Use our in-house transcription team to type all of your voice notes, allowing you to speak what you see as you are surveying. Use the slider to quickly note the state of rooms or structures with values you can predefine.
Control the content, layout, and branding of your reports and have the ability to produce different report formats for the same survey, dependent upon company and client requirements. A suite of survey report customisation features is available for you to create custom surveys to reinforce your brand and grow your business. Manage one or more report layouts for dilapidation assessments, schedules of condition, and full building surveys. Save different styles by customer, local authority, or report type. Add a flagged item addendum or create stand-alone survey.
After publishing your report, you will have the option to download the report to your computer, share it with other parties via email or unique URL, or you can invite by email anyone you wish to collaborate on the property information. This enables all parties involved in the survey process to review and comment online on any portion of the property inspection information. Comments are date/time stamped and can be presented in an arbitration report layout if needed.
