I tried SEVERAL different remote apps. Majority either required a Smart Tv or were fake apps. This however actually worked for my lame generic Vizio. XD I was skeptical at first but it actually came through for me!!! I can now hear my TV for once and I don't have to use my headphones on my controller anymore! HA! :D <3

The only reason I put it 3 stars is because, it didn't have the type of TV remote I have. It has plenty of TV remotes except the Vizio one. I'm not sure if it would have worked or not. But??? YOU can try to see if YOU find YOUR remote/TV type there.

Easy to access buttons and when you push the button the tv respond it much quicker than most other apps. Most other apps have a delay especially with the volume control.

it didn't work for me, but it was nice enough to straight up tell me, it would not work with my tv, which was very nice. it saved time and frustration.

Everytime I try a code it automatically goes to send them an email. Doesn't give me a chance to say whether it worked or not. And for the record it didn't work.

Lifesaver...i have a 2 year old who likes to hide my remote....doesnt work as well as an actual remote....but hey it gets the job done and its free
