It was good at the start. However, due to a power outage, I lost connection to the robot. When I try to pair with it again, connection always times out and sometimes just gets stuck at 90% and then times out. I tried to delete my account to reset everything, the app wont allow it; always "there was an error encountered". Already reached out to the seller and was just told to be patient and wait.

Worthless, won't connect on the a9 , won't go past 90% the says timed out. Yes it is compatible with my network, my smart bulbs are the same mghz ...they connect no problem. This app is useless. It's the whole reason I wanted a robot with an app.. as the remote features are archaic at best. Would love to know how to make this work. Or I'm going to return for a full refund.

The process of pairing has a number of flaws. The biggest two of which are: 1. If your SSID is hidden, it does not want to pair, despite being provided with the SSID in the app. 2. If you cycle the power switch on the vacuum (in my case L100), it forgets the WiFi settings and I have to delete the bot, and re-pair it again. What a horrible mess.

Before this it was easy to connect the robot. Now they changed the system. So need to connect wifi network name Adha. And cannot connect with that any way. Just wasting money. Don't buy this vacuum

Good luck connecting Connecting to the app took longer then normal but finally got it now I can't log in on alexa to connect, it a been a nightmare I have the v80 max btw

I have iLife A10s. I have connected it with this mobile app & everything works fine. But I'm not able to find different cleaning modes(spot/edge) in the app though they are present in the remote. Can you please include these modes in the app as well?!
