About this app

Take attendance of your classes in a smart way using WiFi - Hotspot / Bluetooth, upload the attendance to Google Sheets and share it with your Students.

The app is primarily made for Educational Institutions and can be used as a primary Attendance System in schools, colleges, meetings, public gatherings, conferences, events and any other organisations.

How it works:

Teacher can announce the Attendance mode i.e. WiFi or Bluetooth to the students. Based on the mode and students will choose the mode in the app. The attendance list is then processed and can be weighed based on the number of hours of the session.

The so called proxies i.e, false attendances can be caught by our Virtual Map tool that lets the Teacher to cross verify the number of students in each bench with the Virtual map of the class in the app. If there is any fake entry in the app, Teacher can remove it.

Teacher can manually add entries to the attendance list. This comes handy in some situations where a student doesn't have his smartphone with him or for some reason he doesn't have access to the app.

Once the attendance list is generated and reviewed, Teacher can upload it to Google Sheets and share the readable only link to Students. Even if Teacher doesn't upload to sheets, the list will be saved locally and can be uploaded later when there is network connection.

Internet Connection:

For Student, the app doesn't need any internet connection. However, for Teacher, the app requires internet connection only when adding a new course and when uploading attendance list to the Google Sheets.

Time saving:

This app can be the replacement to the old boring and slow method of taking attendance on paper sheets. This can save lot of time for Teachers, as they can utilise the full time they got to teach and not to fill out the boring attendance sheet. Taking attendance with this app can typically take 0 - 2 minutes. It is just the matter of getting available WiFi/Bluetooth devices in the range.

Easy sharing of Attendance:

The attendance can be uploaded to Google Sheets in one click, which can be shared with the Students or any other authorities.

Eradicating False Attendance:

The best way to get rid of proxies is to use the Virtual map tool in the app.

Easy tracking of the Attendance:

Students can track the attendance percentage for each course and plan accordingly to avoid any unknowing attandance shortage.
