Unfortunately, the app is kind of clunky and slow when compared to apps from similarly sized regional banks. It's usable, but it's not great. Also, whoever thought it was a good idea to add the new robo voice to the mobile check deposit screen was wrong. It's so annoying to hear every time I deposit a check. I really hope they remove that in a future update. I knocked a star off the review score just for that alone.

The app msgs for large transactions are worthless. It only tells you the date and account. It sure would be nice if it gave more info about the amount and who/what it was for without having to dive deeper into the account.

This App keeps telling me my credentials are wrong. I called the 800# and reset my password, reinstalled app and it immediately tells me my credentials are wrong. Have not been able to long into my account all day even with tech help. Tech barely had any help to give aside from resetting password. I have reinstalled app several times. I know I am using correct information. Why can't I log in?

Great experience. Easy to use and most things easy to find. One i don't like is it is constantly down it seems for maintenance.

Experience is good, though it is difficult to see the picture of the front of the check on my phone because the orientation makes it so small. Edit: I have figured out how to fix the orientation, so all is good.

Love using the app...much easier than website. Really appreciate the convenience of deposit remotely especially when I can't get to bank in a timely manner.
