This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Opsgenie on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. They don't even try to make it useful or decent. It's basically impossible to do anything with it.

No matter what I do, the app notifications do not work. I get phone calls and text fine, but nothing ever from the app.

I've been using Opsgenie for about 3 years and I love the fact that it will override the default sound settings on my Samsung Galaxy phone to wake me up in the middle of the night. My only complaint and it's happened a couple of times it's it got disconnected from the Opsgenie website and I couldn't mute/stop the alarms without a full account authentication (2FA) which is sometimes difficult to do on a mobile device especially when alarms are going off constantly.

There's some issue with the app where I get logged out all the time Hve to log in multiple times per day. I continue to receive pushes, but can't ACK.

Useless app. I have every possible option enabled on my android phone and this app never triggers an alert.
