Automatically maximizes notification volume and never resets it. Literally, every time I get an alert, I have to turn my notification volume back down to a reasonable level. App claims it's for 15 seconds, sometimes, but it has never reset properly. Would uninstall if it wasn't required for work. On the bright side, I have never missed an alert. Edit: uninstalled. -10 stars. Devs don't care. App is worse than useless, it causes anxiety. Never again will I use Opsgenie.

I've had numerous problems with this app 1) I try to login and it redirects me to a page that tells me to install the app... I AM IN THE APP 2) the last time I got it working it adjusts volume so messages and notifications are heard, but doesn't bring them back down to the level that it was at previously. 3) this app seems to be needlessly required. Text messages from OpsGenie include a useless url that can't be checked in a browser on the phone.

Every time I receive an alert, this app sets my phone to silent. I do not understand how this bug has yet to be addressed. Lowering to ONE STAR because this is an ongoing issue. Your app sets my phone to silent, zero ring and zero vibrate, on its own without my permission and without allowing me to change ANYTHING other than OG alerting through dnd. However, it also SETS my phone to dnd every time I get an alert, despite efforts to circumvent that through either OG or Android device settings.

The new interface is OK, but with all the white backgrounds, it needs a dark mode desperately. Even with the brightness turned down, it is still really bright in the middle of the night. Bad enough getting an alert when sound asleep, trying to focus on a bright screen only makes it worse.

This app was much easier to use and read prior to it last update last year. It seems that since the last update removed functionality or made it even more difficult to navigate and complete simple tasks. I believe that users should have had the ability to test or opt in or out of the new version before forcing paying customers to use it.

This app is essential to use, but extremely frustrating. It doesn't background refresh the alert dashboard, or refresh it when logging in. So you have to refresh when entering the app. More frustrating, it monkeys with the phones DND settings, which often leaves me with my phone in DND mode after a alert and missing important calls. My phone is already configured to let opsgenie generate alerts while in DND, there is no reason for the app to diddle with the settings. This used to work.
