About this app

IRAS basic² (IFAM Remote Access System) ermöglicht Gefahrenmeldungen auf mobile Endgeräte, dient zur Wartungsoptimierung durch die IRAS-Wartungsbox und ist mit einer Gefahrenmeldeanlage (GMA) verbunden. Mit Hilfe moderner Kommunikationswege können somit Alarme, Störungen, Abschaltungen, technische Meldungen sowie Revisionsalarme aus der GMA, insbesondere aus der Brandmelderzentrale (BMZ) unabhängig vom Hersteller angezeigt werden. Mit der Applikation werden die Meldungen als Ereignis auf Tablet-PCs und Smartphones signalisiert und grafisch aufbereitet dargestellt. Zu den Alarmdaten werden weiterhin Objektinformationen (z. B. Feuerwehrplan, Feuerwehr-Laufkarte, Bilder usw.) den sicherheitstechnischen Verantwortlichen zur Verfügung gestellt. Verbunden mit dem jeweiligen Ereignis können somit Zusatzinformationen übertragen, dokumentiert und bedient werden.
Ein Rückwirken auf die BMZ ist im Rahmen des Brandschutzkonzeptes möglich. Zusätzlich werden alle Events in einem Ereignisspeicher abgelegt und für Wartungsaufgaben zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Export dieser Daten (E-Mail, Excel) erlaubt das Archivieren der Ereignisspeicher- und Wartungsdokumente. Kundeneigene IP-Netzwerkkameras können dem Alarm entsprechend zugeordnet werden, um visuelle Kontrollen im Brandfall zu gestatten.
Das Programm unterstützt die Wartungsaufgaben in Form von Revisionslisten und der Langzeitspeicherung der Daten und verwaltet Benutzerrechte und verschiedene Brandschutzobjekte. Benachrichtigungen werden auch bei ausgeschaltetem Display signalisiert.
