All i wanted was to be able to see how many kWs we had used so far this month and the app does not offer this. You have to log into their website. Their aim is to keep you in the dark as to usage so they can bill more. Not very customer focused. We joined on the 26th of the month and they changed the monthly minimum for 5 days... When we move we will be changing providers.

We just signed up with them on july first. now they say our account is inactive even though i have checked my account every single day for a bill and nothing. Either this gets fixed or i will be contacting the BBB.
