Does what it says, and appears to not store data or send data to the cloud. Fast scans. Free. No ads. It would be nice if the app indicated when the ID is expired (-1 star). There's other apps that do more work to detect fake IDs, but ironically they're not as quick & easy to use. To sum up: I love it! <3 EDIT: feature added! 5 stars!

Works great! is there a way we could also add in a above 18 box as well, i work for a vape company and we are looking for a scanner to use and that would be awesome if that could be implimented. and yes the notification of if it is a fake would be awesome too. Good job Brian and looking forward to updates!

Unfortunately...doesnt work...Scanned my personal ID and a friends as well and got " not of drinking age ..." ???? we are both past our 50s... i dont know how things are over there but here at 50 you can have a drink, or two.......Maybe not compatible with certain state IDs...too bad...was looking forward to use it.

I wish there was a 4.5 star. Apparently it will not pull up a first name on NY licenses. It does for PA. I'll be volunteering at a public event doing age verification at a beer tent. Last year I had to analyze all ID's by hand and it took too long. This year should be much better.

Tried on a few of our staff IDs, none of them scanned properly. Glad I tested this before relying on it at our brewery.

I used it on my own license. It would only scan with the device light on and the only info it gives is that i am not of age to drink. all i can say is, i wish.
