Whenever I am Connecting the Boat Watch with this App,the Watch Shuts Down and then get on and also the previous records of steps is gone,this is really terrifying,i need a solution for this,its just been a month since i purchased and all such nasty things are happening,I have suggested this Watch to many people but now i regret,please do let me know the solution for this😶

Incoming Calls or any notification does not show in the watch... Suppose if I want to see all the notifications in my watch, then I have to keep this application always on or keep it minimized for that only then in my watch. It shows all the notifications. Whereas no other professional watch has some drama that is in it.please update it and fix it try as soon as possible it's been 4 days i'm tired of buying the watch

App works fine except few points. 1. Add an option to name the watch. Accidentally many times I paired wrong watches. 2. Sleep tracking is not working as expected. 3. Add currently playing music track details on the music control option in the watch. 4. The watch firmware updates are not regularly pushing. 5. OnSamsung S7 Edge, the app is taking more than 3 GB of storage. It is a bug, please fix it.

So my boat storm smartwatch will only give me notifications till the app is in background. That is fine. But receiving multiple (duplicate) notifications for 1 message is annoying. Yesterday it worked normally don't know how, but now it has again started to show duplicate notification on the watch. Pls rectify this problem. I'll update my review after a month from now hopefully then I'd be able to appreciate the good things about the app n ease of use n features....

This app is as far as good but ,watch UI or software needs to be improvement and add some more features like call silent or answer which is not there and also i experience that when we swaipe left to right or wise worsa it so poor transition effect which is looks to bad ,so please give a firmware update as soon as possible ,please 🙏🙏🙏

There is some serious issue with the application. Every time I synchronize the watch with the application, the watch is getting restarted. Call and SMS notification is also not visible on the watch. As of now apart from just watching the time, the smart watch is doing nothing. Boat team, where are you? Please fix this issue ASAP your customer are suffering.
