Terrible!!! Tried going through all the prompts and before I could enter my DL, it an error occurred and to call the number on the screen. Worthless app!!!! Update*** After spending 20+ mins I was finally able to get through all the prompts and get it done. Whew! But trying to get your photo🤔 ...well that was not user friendly, at least on my android phone it wasn't. Sorry, but for those of us that aren't technically savvy, it needs to be more user friendly.😊

Setup was easy, don't know what others are talking about. Make life easier by doing this before you go to DMV. Yes, A lot of offices don't have a clue about this app. Office I went to didn't even know there was one, had to get supervisor involved. DMV needs to train everyone on system if they are going to force us to use it an be in compliance. But all that aside, app works....

As far is the app, I am not very Tech savvy , but I really had no problem working it at all. Didn't get any help from anybody and did it all by myself. I feel proud . As far as the usefulness of it In the future, that remains to be seen but I am sure it will be all that I need. Thank you mobile ID Oklahoma. Great job!

Useless. Cant register. Can't get past step requiring picture of the face. Directions are vague. It says center face and then nothing happens. Just a little dots with number and no instructions. Makes you start from the beginning again when you can't figure out what to do. Very disappointed. No help with the help button. Nothing in the faqs. Impossible to set up.

It's cool to have the option i have not used it yet. When setting up the ID I found it difficult doing the connect the dots thing when taking the face photo. Maybe to clear things up for people, when connecting the dots you move your head up in an angled way. Not like moving your entire head up vertically. Took me a minute to realize that, it can be frustrating doing this part of the set up.

UPDATE: Not sure why it wouldn't download initially, but after clearing the cache of my phone's Download Manager and the Google Play Store app, it downloaded just fine. Will reserve whether to award a final 5th star until after I try uploading documents in preparation for applying for my Real ID late this year. INITIAL REVIEW: Won't even download and apparently won't be free for much longer.
