Very clunky and non-mobile -friendly interface in spite of the app being built as a mobile app. Very obviously designed by a prison-warden type app designer. Nothing more than a data-entry type app following the flow of the paper form so that whoever is doing data entry can do less work now. That is not how an app is meant to be designed. The entire flow and how users interact with this app appears not have been given proper thought at all. Annoying and punishing.

Nothing happens. The loading screen just keeps sitting there. Unfortunately not a very successful app, so we still stuck with a rather cumbersome website. Please fix this soon.

Finally got it loaded. Works OK. Why can't it retain profile for Singaporeans so we don't have to type in every time we travel, like what's available for foreigners.
