Edit: It backups the data but not in the individual folders! All in one folder! Please fix it! Edit: It works now! Although I fixed the issue. Just turn off all of the scheduled backup and exit the app. Then again open the app and turn on schedule backup for contact, sms etc. It will be fixed! Auto backup doesn't work properly! Scheduled backup uploads the files to sms folder rather than individual folders! I want refund ASAP!

Unless you enjoy losing your SMS messages and call logs, this is an absolute must have application! And the ability to create a linked list of all installed applications makes factory resets or migrating to a new phone painless. It's also the easiest way to preserve SMS and call logs across phone resets or phone migrations! One caveat - it only backs up SMS messages, not MMS.

This is, or rather has been a wonderful backup app BUT for some reason the latest update appears to have installed Idea Call Recorder, which has stopped my call recording via Boldbeast (which worked fine). I can find no way to disable or uninstall Idea Call Recorder., which announces it can't work properly with my Moto Z2 Play anyhow, due to OS limitations. That may or may not be true (Boldbeast works fine, which is why I bought it) , but I don't want it anyhow. PLEASE: HOW DO I GET RID OF/TURN OFF/DELETE Idea Call Recorder?

I purchased pro version 2yrs before. Worked well. I upgraded the phone vivo v11pro. Call log restore and sms restore not working. When I tap the restore it shows restored. But not shows in list.... After remove this and installed trial version. It working great. Its include call recording and pictures backup. You cheated us....

I use this application for years never issue until I install it on my girlfriend's phone. After I install on her phone which was a new one and when ever she call on her phone then hung up the phone a full page ads came up as do you want to save this recording or not and then in the center do you want to install some other program and further on the bottom it had another ads. I spent hours with verizon tech and Samsung tech and google as well I had to reset the phone and reinstall. After doing that I finally fig. Out it was this program doing it. I did not give permission to record any phone calls and as for a program putting ads on your personal phone it self is wrong understand ads inside a application but not outside like this program did. It cost me hours of time and other people time for the person who has the nerve to put this out. I reported to google they agree to look into this be very aware of this program.

I set up for auto contact back up for once a day, but it didn't work for over the past few weeks. I have to manually back up contacts by myself. Please fix this issue. Thanks!
