Would have liked to see a free 7 day trail, to try out all the features instead of just a buy now thing without any incentive to actually buy the subscription. The annoying ads and non free trail puts this app behind most of the other apps that do the same thing. It wasn't a good start. Plus having to download two different apps for the ap to work definitely puts the app behind the competition as far as convenience and ease of set-up.

I did inapp purchase of cloud service but payment wasn't applied so I did it again and it worked but they took 2 payments instead of one. I can't figure out how to get refund or speak to someone to apply extra credit for cloud service they took extra payment. I have been paying for service for years and now the app malfunctioned on me. Update: I did get compensated for the extra charge with more cloud time. I really appreciate that extra time and wouldn't mind paying extra to have it.

Nice very useful but have to point out negatives aswell, sometimes cant connect to the device B" cam live feed as it's apparently offline. And the inside of the menu on the main device "A" is not as straight forward to get working with ;/

I paid for 15 days cloud service for 4 years. And this app saves my video only for 20 minutes!!!!!! After 20 minutes I can't check my video. Terrible

I use the free version, little bit too expensive to pay for anything. I really like this app, the only problem I'm having is binding my email, I try to and it says "loading..." but never gets past that part.

Its pretty cool make sure ya understand to down load differnt app same company for the other device you want to use as the camera and after that its easy and works fairly well! I have no complaints for the free version!
