I tried several converter programs and none of them successfully converted my ODT formatted document until I got this one. You do need internet for it yo work, but most of the time that isn't a problem. I even tried many paid apps which failed to read my file. Definitely the best!

First file I tried to convert 1 MB file, after 15 min also it is saying uploading, god knows when it will complete. Please refund my money i haven't used it.
