I don't like sleeping in complete darkness and this app does a great job lighting my room. Super simple and dimming after a certain time is nice. My ONLY COMPLAINT is the flashlight feature doesnt really work as intended. When I pick up my phone to activate the flashlight most times it just flashes on and off multiple times. This will freak the hell out of you in the middle of the night. Instead of flipping the phone, maybe active the flashlight by double tapping the screen or shaking the phone. Fix this!

This is a terrible idea. If left on all night, every night, this will damage your battery due to being plugged in all the time, and will likely damage the light source, either the led backlight (probably the screen colors too) or the camera torch. These things simply aren't designed for that much use

Whenever I get scared at 🌙 night I then use this app and it lights my room up I mean seriously. This is a great app if your scared of the dark and you don't have a other night light. Details:You can change the color of the night light plus there's a clock but it does waste your energy but trust me it's worth it if you want to get a brightful night.😜

It does what it says on the box, and does it well. A option to turn the screen off entirely and use the flashlight of the phone is the only feature I could think to add.

About this app

NightLamp turns your phone into an intelligent night light and clock, allowing you to sleep with ease.

You can control this night lamp using various sensors on the phone:

-Swipe the screen up or down to change the brightness of the front light
-Tap the screen to turn the light on/off
-Flip the phone over to activate the camera flashlight
-Shake the phone to toggle the screen
-The phone responds to the ambient light, turning on and off as needed
-Voice recognition to turn the light on/off using hotwords (requires internet)

Note: Night lamp can use quite some battery, so I highly recommend hooking up the phone to a charger at night while using the app.
