About this app

Are you able to concentrate on the work or study in front of you?
I can't concentrate on what is in front of me, I can't finish what I need to do, and as a result, I feel unmotivated and unable to concentrate. It happens to me often.
I have narrowed down the scientific methods of "being able to concentrate" to only two, and I have included them in this application.

1. Pomodoro Technique
The Pomodoro Technique is a simple and powerful method of intellectual activity: concentrate for 25 minutes and take a 5-minute break. The break is both a reward and a time to transfer what you have learned to the area of long-term memory.
Note: During the 5-minute break, do not use your smart phone or other devices, as your brain will not be able to take a break.

2. Playing the sound of running water during the concentration period
It is difficult to concentrate if the surroundings are noisy. That said, if music is in your ears, you cannot concentrate to the limit because part of your brain's processing power is used for melody. So we listen to the sound of water, which is similar to white noise.

We have made an application that allows you to easily implement the above two points.
There are videos on Youtube that do the same thing. However, when used on a smartphone, if the screen is turned off, playback will stop. (This application continues to play even if the screen is closed.)
In addition, similar apps played music, silence, or the sound of a clock, which was inappropriate in terms of playing a sound that would help me concentrate.
Use this app and let's concentrate!

Future plans for functionality additions
1. "Must do list" to finish the concentration time
When you are concentrating, "I have to do that!" comes to mind. However, concentration should not be carried out. Register on the essential list and return to the task you want to concentrate on!

2. Decide on a time to concentrate and then start concentrating.
Decide how many hours you are going to concentrate, or how long you are going to concentrate, and then start your concentration time. This is used, for example, when you want to concentrate until the time you get off the train.

3. Announce one minute before the end of break
4. Listen to your favorite music during the break
