I sent an email complaining and never got a response. This is not how you make your app an useful one. Useless app and even worse customer service. ***UPDATE*** The app didn't work for me due to technical issues. But the customer service was good and they gave me a full refund, hence the four stars rating.

Well, I was having issues with Kik crashing because of several new updates this past week. So after doing some serious research, I couldn't fix it. So my last resort was to root my Sprint Samsung Galaxy Note 3, then install this app. I ran the Backup then I cleared cache and data files on Kik. When I ran the Restore option, Kik crashed as soon as I opened it. I even uninstalled / reinstalled Kik. It ran fine, but none of my conversations were there. Running the Restore option continues to lock up and crash Kik. So I'm SOL. This was a day of my life wasted for nothing. This app was totally useless to me.

I bought it, I want to transfer my kik conversassion from my mobile to laptop (nox). I have take backup from my mobile, and transfered it to my laptop with dropbox. then I started apps in nox (laptop) and clicked RESTORE. this apps stopped instantly. I have tried many times but same problem. help me.

I installed and "backed up" my KIK to SD card. But theres no backup on my card. Where did it go? Did it even work? Waste of $0.99
