i bought the gigabit router a few weeks ago. It was working fine until the day before yesterday. It suddenly started showing me red light and got disconnected. I tried reconnecting, but after that it won't just let me procced beyond static IP config page. I cannot setup the password and network name even though ehernet works.The setup won't complete, the wifi remains open. I contacted the support via email but they sent me the apk and the video guide. The problem persists.

Please update the app immediately. The app does not respond and does not allow to control the router Also the other 2 router cannot be controlled or connected The recent update doesn't work.
