If you're interested in an app that makes you bang your head against the wall in frustration the whole time you're using it, i360 Call is the app for you! Worst app I've worked with on the user end. Extremely buggy, usually lagging, crashes every couple minutes, doesn't let you sign in half the time, can't even use on a Chromebook, awful music that you're forced to listen to non-stop. -I'm using this app 48 hours a week on a Stylo 4 & Stylo 5 that both function properly apart from this app

It crashes after a few calls, when on phone calls the screen display stays on. Please do more updates, the app could benefit from a lot of other features. Please integrate ear bud use for calls, that would be awesome. In addition, please add more songs it's always the same exact songs.

The hold music is great, but it sometimes takes a long time to connect

Doesn't seem to work too well on Moto g(6). When I go to the survey tabs to start the survey questions, the call is dropped 100% of the time. No user control over the music player other than having to uncheck the the multitude of music check boxes which is a pain everytime I bring up the app.
