The app is as Bad as customer service! Got a Notifi Doorbell and a Heath Zenith model 9311 security light and camera. I'm very technical with 30 smart devices and multiple high speed 500 Mbps internet. You download one app that after multiple attempts on Notifi tells you to use HZconnect. While using Secur360 for the yard cam light. Really disappointed. Built my first Heath Kit ham radio decades ago. Loved (Note past tense) both company's products. All a waste of my weekend. Return desk time

This app gets a bad rap because of either laziness or ignorance. 1. Make sure you are getting a STRONG signal where you install the doorbell. If it is less than full bars... Fix it! Make it happen! 2. For easy setup... Either... Seperate your SSID names (Best - This will benefit you in numerous circumstances) OR Temporarily Disable the 5GHz band at the source - probably your modem/router. or possibly cheat... Use an older phone/tablet device that only supports 2.4GHz.. Learn/Hire Network Basics

I have wasted over 2 hours attempting to connect my doorbell camera with the "upgraded" software. There is no instruction if the light is alternating red and blue. I also had a solid red. I had to open, disconnect, and totally re-start the installation. Same result... System seems to work fine with the old software re-installed. Hope they take a look at the ratings for this. Never a good idea to release without thorough testing.

Hate the new app. Camera is basically useless now. The sensitivity is too high even on the lowest setting. With the old app, somebody actually had to come inside the glass enclosed front porch. Now it notifies when cars go down the road and my house sits really far back from the road. I will have to turn off notifications at night to be able to sleep which completely defeats the purpose of owning a security device. Please fix this problem asap.

My camera worked for 2 months, then update, can't even connect to it. VERY DISAPPOINTED! On fixed income, they should pay for a new camera for me!

Since having to switch from my original Notifi app, I have been disappointed. I never had issues with my doorbell disconnecting/having to reinstall with notifi. We live in a rural area and rely on this doorbell cam. This is the second time in a month that HZ has shown that I don' have a doorbell installed...It is frustrating for it to just randomly "forget" my camera and then have to fight with it to reconnect. I'm only giving 2 stars because I find the quality of the video to be good enough.
