The app is working alright so far. My major issue is with playback of the cloud videos. The video player does not tell you how long the videos are and trying to move forward or backward in the video is clumsy. There's also no way to play the videos full screen or to download them onto your device. 2/23/21 edit: Dropping to 1 star. The cloud video button has started to intermittently dissappear. Also the developer has not addressed the issues I wrote about in my initial review.

I'm paying the cloud but the app doesn't record anything 😒 I can't even se the option or button to check the videos . I tried erasing the app and log in again and it won't work . Can you guys pls do something about it. Because before I used to check all the videos recorded and download to my phone . Now I can't.

This app and product i purchased a biggest pile of junk I've ever seen. It connected the first time and when i needed it the most it stopped working and now it won't even connect. Stay away and don't waste your time and money.

This is low grade product with many faults. I can never see the cloud storage they charge 50$ a year for. I will be looking for a better solution.

I use this app to monitor my motion activated wi fi viseo security lights and it has been a rock solid app through and through. No complaints from me. Although a dark mode U.I would be welcome.
