installation went ok amd thr thermostat was discovered by it, after a couple of attempts, and works fine. control of the thermostat is easy. i have purchased this as the thermostat is supposed to be Alexa compatible. Alexa will not discover it and this App is not a skill within Alexa. i have emailed the contact on this Apps front page but come back undeliverable, looks like this App is fake or just no longer developed.

Unreliable. There is no feedback if app. stops, so it is hard to find a reason for this misbehaviour. Example: if the phone is in access point mode, thermostat will not connect to app, and there is no warning for this, or messages suggest something irrelevant. Thermostat manufacturer even hasn't a pdf manual for download. Sometimes thermostat is offline without reason.

this App is useless. i have 15 smart devices from different manufacturers working well but not the thermostat from this company. the app cannot find wifi as others have said and the price of thermostat is only worth it if the internet connection is made. There are many less expensive RF thermostats. And then they say to send thermostat all the way back to china?!! Dont bother!

Revised. Initially, app did not allow a password to be entered to sign up. (Dec 2018) Now, that apparently has been rectified and the app is partially usable with the thermostat. I still can not get to the advanced settings as the error "Password Invalid" is always returned. Unable to set up with Alexa so far. Presently is at least usable as WiFi control.

A huge pain to set up and spent many hours on it. Instructions need to be much clearer. Also, no Google Home support. This will be going back. Poor product.

I have installed the device and have never been able to connect it to the app due to rubbish android application. Now using it as a wall watch only! Such a shame, completely disrecommend it! Avoid cheap devices = trouble
