Like many, my model of trimmer isn't supported even tho it has a QR code on the machine. When I tried to input manually my model isn't there. Disappointing.

Sooooo....I know covid has had it's detrimental effect, but I thought Sweden came way pretty unscathed? And that just adds to my disgust that my 455 rancher, one the most popular models bought just two years ago, and my 128LD weed trimmer, bought last year, are, miraculously!, NOT supported in the app!!!! No excuses Husqvarna... If you don't pay attention to the small things, what BIG things are being missed? Sorry, it's so unbelievable, I brought the trimmer back, NEVER to buy husqvarna again!

Bought brand new 125bvx blower on 4.17.2021 and Connect app says product not supported. Tried multiple times. Why included paperwork on this app in the box? Thanks for waisting my time Husqvarna!

I bought a brand new Husqvarna 450 Rancher and this app says that it isn't a supported product. The app paperwork came with the saw so I dont understand what the issue is.
