Doesn't reset often enough

There's always new problems. I constantly have to reload the app before whatever I'm trying to look at actually shows up, usually labor or sales. I logged out on accident and can't remember my password, of course though, there's an error every time I request a password reset. Whoever is working on this app needs to get it together.
