The chair is fine. But the app doesn't work with 2 different phones and my tablet. That makes it pretty worthless for the money. I was sold on being able to set a program and then just run it. Clearly can't do that. But it's after the return period, so I'm stuck with a chair that does a decent massage, that I have to set every time. For the amount of money I spent on the chair, I expect what is advertised.

The chair is great but the app is a bit wanting. I thought that by using the app that I might be able to save my preferences for different settings but, not only does it not save your preferences but it also doesn't have all the controls for preferences that the remote has. Also, it would be cool if you could save a sequence of programs and have it play through them. Kind of like a play list. Then after my run I can come home and just hit play.

Why have an app if it offers no advantage over the wired remote. I guess if the remote breaks I have an alternative method to control. Would be nice if the app had a way to store my FAVORITE settings. Don't want to sound spoiled but after buying a chair that has a list price of $10k, I hate having to press the same set of six buttons every time I sit down to select my program and features. I haven't received the Alexa feature but if I hope to get that to work (seems its having issue per reviews

Connected easily to Bluetooth! No issues like the XT2 app. Moved from menu to menu no problem. Very intuitive.
