App will only send real time notifications if your phone screen is on. It forces you to subscribe a number of paid text to get real time notifications. They also charge you a lot for subscribing to their cloud. If you bought a camera that uses this app return them asap!

1- After motion or human detection, records only 30 seconds and stops recording even if the subject is still there. In other apps you can set the time for recording. 2- Face detection do nothing (on or off makes no different) 3- Clock doesn't support Daylight changing. 4- Clock Doesn't work correctly In manual mood, cant use phone clock correctly.

Camera works fine and connection is 85% and above but picture is slow on the app and camera offline error rhe whe time and have to restart the app. Please fix the app otherwise the camera is kind of useless. I have direct fibre connection on camera so please dont ask me is the camera connection strong or not.

Very frustrating and buggy. Need to reinstall the app every few days when it's lossing connection with the camera and asking to add a new device. After reinstalling the camera is back online and added.

The camera sometimes self restarted and disconnect to Wifi network. 2 way conversation is not supported, can only talk or hear. There is no option to save the often see location.. could not adjust speaker volume,.. hope to improve these issues.

The application is good but why everytime i want to review my camera using phone and mobile data...my data speed will reduce until to 5.6kb and it will have a problem to review my camera at home...became lagging and stuck..
