Customer service is great. I got my bloated battery repaired at SM North Edsa and "Nik" the customer service representative was very helpful and nice. The technician who repaired my phone also did a great job. Thanks Huawei for not letting your customers down. After sales service is really superb. Was really happy with my phone when I purchased it, and even happier with how this company is continuously taking care of their customers! ☺️

Was recommended by Google search to download Hi Care in order to update my Huawei P9 from Emui 5 to Emui 8. Part of the instruction was to change the country location to China, and specifically NOT to leave it as own country. Having done that, no obvious update occurred and all the option icons are in Chinese, with no option to go back and change location. Device language still English, but Support icon now says I can't uninstall as it is a System App....

Troubleshooting is all I know this is useful for. I'm nervous of huawei apps, but we need this one from time to time I imagine, (the phones & tablets are great however & less expensive. The rest are either exorbitant prices, or just no good).

On loading for the first time the app advised I wasn't connected to a data source, presumably WiFi or Mobile data, both of which are connected. As a result of reading about the problems others have experienced, will be deleting this app &probably be returning my New Pro4 Band. The band seems great at monitoring when a work out is set up. But automatic step counting leaves much to be desired displaying more than double the steps taken !! My free Pedometer app is better at that, shame.

says I need the most updated HiCare app! tried to install but it says not compatible with my device! I'm getting very disappointed in Huawei mate 5 tablet WiFi only in USA! Why is this app not updating and going straight to Huawei mobile? You guys know USA doesn't have mobile? You did when I bought it from a reliable store even the youtube videos say no Sim for devices in the USA! Fix the system I don't get updates anymore! I'll make sure everyone understands what happens if you buy a Huawei

Don't want it, can't get rid of it, and no point in it. Constantly throws up info I just don't care about. One day someone with make a phone without pointless bloatware nobody wants.....
