I'm using a 4G device and it doesn't connect to Hilink as compared to the previous 4G device. I had no issue with that. HUAWEI REALLY needs to look into this issue. This is so frustrating for users. We can't keep a record of the data used and other controls. If there was any negative ratings, I would have gone for -5.

Worst!! I was only able to send an SMS once!! After that, the app or the website of TM EasyMyfi can no longer send text messages and everything is going to the drafts. Even as simple as checking the remaining data is so difficult!!!! You don't even have any trouble shooting steps. I have already did the SEND SMS REPORT OPTIONS in the SMS Settings and the same issue occurs!! Please fix your app and website. It is foolish to have the sim card inserted in to a phone just for you to be able to txt.

It says I'm not connected to a Huawei modem, and when I click connect, it sends me to the WiFi connection menu of the phone, where I can see I'm connected to the Huawei modem. This used to work, but not say more. Now it's useless.

Sometimes it logs me out but I don't know if it's this app's problem or our Wi-Fi. I hope there's an option to see the outbox or the sent items, but otherwise it's convenient. Update: IT LOGS ME OUT ALL THE TIME. I have to re-enter password eveytime I open the app. The auto login function doesn't work anymore. It's really inconvenient.

Same thing as all the other reviews. This is a BAD app. It just does NOT work! I got no farther then it notifying me that I am not connected. Tried on 2 Huawei modems and 2 different android phones. Given ALL the problems other people are having probably best to call it a day with this app and start over again from scratch.

This app only functions properly the first day you download it and on the following day it doesn't work, meaning when I write the login details it doesn't display what it has to desplay then instead it takes you back on the login page and once you do it again it doesn't accept the password,I tried it with two different phones, this app ain't doing nothing it suppose to
