This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Mateline X on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. "Mateline is the mobile app of Huawei OWS system which is committed to providing one-stop intelligent operaton and maintenance assistant for the engineers in network assurance and O&M domain.

Receive and resolve work orders
1.Provide task modules to receive work orders from the OWS server, including corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, planned tasks, etc for mobile networks and fixed networks.

2. Socialized collaboration, real-time reporting of task completion
The maintenance engineer processes the task in time according to the progress of the task, and communicates with the dispatcher online in real time, easily involve engineers into a group chat, and the terminal synchronizes the task status, processing time, and location to the server.

3. Information aggregation
Support for SLA information inquiry of work orders, site information inquiry, site maintenance history and so on.

4. Temporary offline data
When the mobile phone network is unavailable, the terminal system is offline, and the system automatically stores task feedback information such as task processing, location, and photos during the period to the terminal.
When the mobile phone network is restored, the system automatically submits the offline operation data information to the server, and after receiving the processing, the server notifies the mobile terminal that the submission process has been completed.

5. Feedback inspection and mission results
When the maintenance engineer performs preventive maintenance tasks, you can view the inspection items at any time and feedback the inspection results through the mobile terminal, supporting for taking photos and scaning QR code.

6. New task reminder
On the server side, according to the level of the corrective maintenance task, it is possible to set whether the ringtone reminder is received when the new task is received on the mobile phone.

7.SLA timeout reminder
When the maintenance engineer has a task list with an SLA timeout, the Mateline system sends a message to alert the maintenance engineer.

8. Timing report location information
According to the requirement of the project, the terminal can automatically collects and saves the location information of the current terminal according to the period, and reports the location information to the server.

9. Provide map and navigation function
While processing a task, you can look up the exact location of the site where the task is located by looking at the map and navigate to the destination.

10. Best O&M practice
