This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Home Key on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

Home Key is designed for all Android OS from API 14+, to easily replace device's home-back-recent keys without ads.

With HomeKey, you don't have to worry about the device's keys corrupted. We are here to support you.

Homekey needs some special permissions:

+ Device Administrator permission to help LOCK the device screen.
+ Accessibility API service run in order that we can help perform several system behavior:
- go to Home screen,
- show recent apps list,
- perform device's back key,
- perform device's power key (for Android P+) function,
- take the device screenshot (for Android P+)
