I love the app so far. It tells me when pricing changes so I can decide if it's worth it or not. I love it tells me when the air conditioner will cycle off because before I used to think my air conditioner was broken. Also because I have Great Dane dogs that stay in the house when it is hot so if the house gets to hot they can get over heated and get sick. Thank you.

Worthless. Signed up for alerts. I come home to a hot house and turn the AC on. Nothing happens. I go on the app and I see there's an event in progress. I was never notified. I'd have stayed out. This is the last summer I participated in the SDP. Hardly worth the $30 discount. I used to get 50.

The app just doesn't really work! It tells me I have messages waiting but it just spins and spins. I have yet to see even one message! I have SCE tweets delivered to my phone but they are very general and don't apply to me in particular. Not sure if the app would be more specific because I've never seen a message!

This worked great when I first installed it a couple of years ago but now I never get alerts. I find out too late about an AC shutdown and my house is an oven I really need it to work now more than ever in 110 heat. Please fix!

App used to have great push notifications, however they are either hours late or don't show up at all. Messages tab shows messages available but never loads. Backing out of app takes you to every tab before exiting. Needs User Experience work!!
