The application appears to not work when using DDNS register mode. The fix is to use a static up register mode for an ip address or use DOMAIN register mode if you need to use a ddns address. Tested on a galaxy s4 4.3 and an iPhone and works on both with the HRG54 4 channel dvr.

We set up cameras in and around our business. Was excited about using the app to view our cameras when away. This app will not work on my Samsung, very disappointed. Please fix so we can use it.

This app does NOT work when trying to use a NON-WiFi connection on my cell phone. To clarify, when using my wifi for my router at home i can look at the cameras using the App all day and it works fine. As soon I try to use my cellular data 4G connection (non-WiFi) the app does not work at all. I Have played with it for hours trying to change things but to no avail. It just does not work on my Android Galaxy S4 using 4G data connection on my cell phone. If the makers of this app, or anyone else has a suggestion I would like to hear it....but for now this app is only functional over WiFi at home for me. This sux bcuz it was a custom install.

Thought I would share with you all that you CAN save sites on the Galaxy S5. All you have to do is long press the button left of your home button. I was about to boycott Honeywell before I found this out

When Samsung changed the lower left soft key from options to open programs, it took away the ability to add a device. Most apps have 3 small dots in the upper right corner signifying the options menu. This app doesn't have that.

Worked fine on my Galaxy Light but I upgraded to the Galaxy J7 and there is no way to add a device. So frustrated! Anyone have a fix? LONG holding the button to left of home button doesn't work either.
