I bought the tilt & pan camera to use as an IP webcam. Seems that I need to ask for the RTSP/RTMP address from this company to use it that way. 3 times now I have contacted them. Also, I can not register the camera as the model number is not even listed on their site when registering. No means to manually enter it either. Ap and camera work as expected. I can't recommend any 9f their products based on the zero customer service I have received so far. I will update things if it improves.

Everytime the internet network times out I have to go back on a ladder to rescan. Should be a option to just reapply the internet with out doing so.

This camera and Android app was easy to install. The Picture is great, and fast video response. The motion setting is found in the camera menu, below the Siren, & Event History buttons. Just touch and slide the window up and there is the Motion, Light, and Cloud settings. I don't understand the bad reviews. A really happy customer. I bought two.

Lousy app. Not user friendly at all. One of the issues that bugs me the most is that you can't adjust the sensitivity of the camera and it goes off constantly..... like if a mosquito flies by!

Secure cam, I was pretty surprised with the quality, if I was able to upload a photo I’d show you how clear it is. I like it because I have pets and I can spy on who is destroying my stuff, begs part I can talk into it which can prevent my pets from doing stuff. I’m happy

This works great! The app is easy to install... I am able to see and talk to my kids while they are in the play room and while I am doing house chores. So convenient. The video is clear and easy to navigate. Happy customer here!
