All right I'm upping it from two stars to 5 stars. They have updated it a lot and it's totally useful with the ad-free version that I bought for like $3. There's a $40 option per year for additional workouts that I may go for. I really like the 30 day challenge I use it over and over again , and they just made it to where it will continuously get harder which was something that seemed like a limitation before. This app has helped me get back into outstanding shape.

Had this app for about a year, only just used it this week. It's actually really impressive. It has workouts for all body parts. Individually or in a full body workout you can choose. It even has a quarantine workout section. There are gifs of the exercise and also a video option of the workout should you choose. It was a little easy so it also has an option to say how difficult the session was and automatically adjusts. Some exercises also has a weight tab you can select if you have dumbbells.

The best app among the tens of apps i have explored. Few suggestions to make it even better: 1. Option to add more exercise can be added in between the routine. 2. Similarly option to increase lap count of ongoing exercise can be given. 3. In between the routine, you can show upcoming exercises in the routine. For example if i am at exercise 5 , which ones are at number 8 and 9 and so on. 4. Transferring your progress between one phone to another. 5. Add leg exercises in full body challenge...
